Return & Refund Policy – 3BattySisters Wall Decals

At 3BattySister, every decal is carefully designed, printed, and shipped by hand. We want you to love your purchase, and we stand behind the quality of our products.

Custom & Personalized Orders

Because our wall decals are custom made (often personalized with names, colors, or designs), we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless there is a defect or error on our part. Please double-check your spelling, sizing, and design choices before placing your order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your decal arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

• Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

• We will happily send a replacement at no additional cost.

Non-Custom Items

For non-custom decals, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. The item must be unused and in its original condition. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Color & Size Disclaimer

Please note that colors may vary slightly due to different screen settings. We do our best to represent colors accurately, but small variations are not considered defects. Be sure to measure your wall space carefully before ordering.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, production begins, and we are unable to cancel.
